Our customer support team is available to assist with questions about delivery, returns, payments or an existing order. You can contact us directly at support@cairnvale.com, and we will provide clear, considered guidance based on your situation. We believe trust is built through honest information and dependable support, not exaggerated promises. Whether you are deciding what to order or waiting for a delivery, you will always have a direct way to reach us.

We currently deliver within Australia only. Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 24–72 hours. Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery is estimated to take 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Tracking may take several hours to activate. Delivery timeframes are estimates and specific arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

We offer a 14-day return or exchange period if your order is not right for you. Before sending anything back, please review our returns policy for the applicable conditions and instructions. Our customer support team can also guide you through the process and help clarify your options. We aim to keep returns straightforward and transparent, so you know what to expect before making your purchase.
